الصراع الاقتصادي ومعادلته بالقوة العسكرية

في اطار الرؤية الجديدة للتنافس الاقتصادي بين الدول أصبح تحقيق التفوق او التقدم الاقتصادي يعادل القوة العسكرية كما أن التقدم الاقتصادي والانتاجي يعادل تطوير الأسلحة وكذلك فان اقتحام الأسواق الذي تسانده الدولة لا يقل أهمية عن القواعد العسكرية في أراضي الدولة الاجنبية كما يماثل النفوذ الدبلوماسي . واذا كانت الأهداف هي ضمان وتوسيع السيطرة الفعلية على الارض واكتساب نفوذ سياسي دبلوماسي على الحكومات الأجنبية وتحقيق أعلى مستوى ممكن للمعيشة للسكان ويهدف أيضا الى الاحتفاظ بأدوار تلعبها الدولة في الاقتصاد العالمي ومواجهة التحديات القادمة مثل تطوير الجيل القادم من الأسلحة واجهزة الكمبيوتر والتكنولوجيا الحيوية والمواد المتقدمة من انتاج صناعي .
